Releases and Updates

Below is a listing of the new releases, features, and updates when they were applied.

Releases

12/29/2023 - Release 2.5

  • Multi-User Support

  • Teacher login forms

  • Profile Updates with Approve/Reject

  • Teacher Accounts - Three options now exist:  

    1. Teacher logins (for secure form completion. We are not using the form anyway)

    2. Teacher profiles, no login - Registrars can attach sub jobs to a teacher profile so we can run reports on teacher absences, search for all jobs by teacher, reason out, etc.  

    3. No Teachers at all (current setup) - Registrars would continue connecting a sub job to their own SubLasso account.  This is the simplest and requires little management, but reporting and searching by teacher is not possible
